Greg presents the path in a simple and straightforward way following the tradition of his own teacher, Younge Khachab Rinpoche. He places emphasis on gaining one's own experience through meditation, and learning how to carry that practice into your daily life in the form of compassion, kindness and generosity.

  1. these classes are excellent to move forward with meditation skills. The training is with a comfortable ease that helps in becoming more attuned with your intention. Different exercises train the awareness from more than one path. I can recognize my ease with breath and mind growing to reach deeper insights... I enjoy the skill and practice of being with a path that leads to greater surprises.... don't hesitate to try this: it's nice....

  2. I can't attend on January 21, but would like to begin attending in February. Can I do that, or is missing the first class specifically problematic?

    1. That would be fine John. Each of our workshops has a different focus, so it might change a little in February or we could extend this topic.
